Kombat Fitness is a group fitness and personal training business that operates out of John Oxley Reserve Park, Murrumba Downs in the mornings and Suncorp Piazza, South Bank in the evenings. Kombat Fitness was developed around two central concepts; 1) making supervised exercise fun and affordable for all, and 2) blending the benefits of martial arts practises with fitness. For those who cannot afford the escalating costs of personal training, our group fitness classes have been designed in a way that you could enjoy all the benefits of personal training (close monitoring of exercise, encouraged to work harder, remaining accountable to achieving your goals etc) without the huge cost to your bank balance. Kombat Fitness prides itself on programming the most beneficial strength exercise and cardio drills, but that they are also performed correctly and adapted to your level of ability. All sessions are conducted in a positive, fun and motivating manner and you’ll be exercising with other like-minded people sharing similar goals, why would you train anywhere else? You will be encouraged to work as hard as you personally can go. So no matter if you are a complete beginner or are super fit you will find a session that suits you.
