He initially trained as a physiotherapist and completed a Masters Degree in muscle physiology followed by a Medical Degree and Orthopaedic Surgical training. Dr Dalton completed his undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Queensland before travelling to the United Kingdom in 2005 to complete fellowships in knee and hip surgery.
