At Corrective Massage the main focus of the massage treatments is to assess and alleviate pain, this is achieved by correcting individual postures and also with appropriate exercise prescription. The specific exercises prescribed is to aid in strengthening those weak muscles which have allowed the dominant strong muscles to pull the individual into the incorrect posture.
