The Centre not only specialises in all forms of Pilates (Studio, Mat, Group Reformer, Pre & Post Natal), but also uses these Pilates Principals as a foundation to all the disciplines offered to achieve complete body awareness and mental stamina in the individual.

Personal Training - Gym

Pilates
Studio Equipment Sessions- After an Initial Assessment, a program is created specifically for each client. Various pieces of traditional Pilates equipment are then used to strengthen, stretch and align the body.

Matclass -Pilates exercises are performed on a mat in a flowing sequence.

Allegro Reformer- group classes using 'mini reformers'. If you enjoy Pilates Matclasses, you'll LOVE the Allegro classes!

Gita Hatha Yoga
A flowing, energising sequence of stretches and poses.

Stillness Meditation Therapy
A medically based Meditation technique based on the style of Dr Ainslie Meares.
Private, Group and Corporate classes available

Massage
