FitWork provides you with a number of fitness training options:

Fun Boot Camp sessions
one-on-one personal training
small group training, and
corporate fitness training.
It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, what your bodyshape is, or whether or not you have the latest fitness gear. Whatever your situation, FitWork has an option to suit you.

FitWork was founded by fitness trainer Felicity Bate, right, in 2009. After 10 years working as a trainer in Sydney gyms, and after more than 20 years of doing her own workouts at least five days a week, Felicity is now bringing her skills, experience and her own brand of fun to a wider audience through FitWork.

Felicity's approach to training her clients is all about having fun:

You won't be yelled at.
You will be encouraged, supported and challenged throughout your training.
You can expect to increase your fitness level.
You can also expect to have quite a few laughs along the way!
